Tyndra is an electronic trading platform that gives you access to real-time market data and advanced analytical tools across global markets. You can monitor prices, analyse charts, and place trades through a user-friendly interface designed for both new and experienced traders.
To create an account, visit the Tyndra sign-up page and enter your email address. You’ll then be guided through an identity verification step to confirm your details. Once verification is complete, you can log in and start exploring the platform.
Yes — Tyndra is available to traders globally. While the platform is headquartered in London, England, you can access it from most countries worldwide. Some features or markets may be subject to local regulations depending on your location.
Tyndra runs in any modern web browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. A stable internet connection is recommended for the best experience with real-time data. Tyndra may also be accessible via a mobile app on iOS and Android — check the platform for the latest availability.
On the Tyndra sign-in page, click Forgot Password and enter the email address linked to your account. You’ll receive a password reset link by email — follow the instructions in that email to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
To enable two-factor authentication (2FA), go to Settings > Security and select Enable 2FA. You’ll be prompted to link an authenticator app or your phone number. Once set up, you’ll need to enter a one-time code each time you sign in.
If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and revoke any active sessions from Settings > Security > Active Sessions. Then contact the Tyndra support team as soon as possible so we can investigate and help secure your account.
Identity verification typically takes 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your verification is complete. If you haven’t heard back after 2 business days, please contact our support team with your account email address.
Tyndra supports four core order types:
  • Market — executes immediately at the best available price
  • Limit — executes only at your specified price or better
  • Stop — triggers a market order when the price reaches a set level
  • Stop-Limit — triggers a limit order when the price reaches a set level
Tyndra gives you access to a wide range of global markets, including Equities, Forex, Indices, Commodities, and Cryptocurrency. In total, you can trade across 100+ markets, giving you flexibility to build a diversified portfolio.
A practice or demo mode may be available on Tyndra, allowing you to trade with simulated funds at real market prices. Check your account dashboard or contact support to confirm whether this feature is available on your account tier. If you’re new to trading, starting with small position sizes in live markets is also a prudent approach.
To close an open position, navigate to the Portfolio tab and locate the position you want to close. Click on the position to expand its details, then select Close Position. You can choose to close all or part of the position before confirming.
Yes — Tyndra streams live market data with under 1 second latency for most instruments. However, some instruments may have slightly delayed data depending on your account tier or the data provider for that market. Your platform interface will indicate if a price is delayed.
The bid price is the highest price a buyer is willing to pay for an instrument, and the ask price is the lowest price a seller will accept. The difference between these two figures is called the spread. When you buy, you pay the ask price; when you sell, you receive the bid price. The spread represents the cost of executing a trade.
Use the search bar to find the instrument you want to track. When the result appears, click the star icon next to the instrument name to add it to your watchlist. You can manage and reorder your watchlist from the main dashboard panel.
Yes — the Tyndra dashboard supports full drag-and-drop customisation. You can reposition, resize, and add or remove panels to build a layout that suits your trading style. Once you’re happy with your setup, save it as a preset so it loads automatically each time you log in.
To set a price alert, find the instrument on your watchlist or chart view and click the bell icon. You can then set a condition (for example, price rises above or falls below a value) and enter the target price. Tyndra will notify you via app notification or email when the condition is met.
To export your trade history, go to Portfolio > Trade History and click Export CSV. You can filter by date range before exporting. The file will download to your device and contains a full record of your executed trades, including timestamps, instruments, quantities, and prices.
