FORXEA is designed to adapt to how you trade, not the other way around. Every element of your workspace — from the position of your chart panels to the colour of your interface — is configurable so that the platform feels like an extension of your own process. Spend less time navigating and more time acting on your analysis by building a workspace that fits your strategy from day one.

Layout Customisation

Arrange your workspace exactly the way you want it using FORXEA’s drag-and-drop panel system. Click and hold the title bar of any panel, then drag it to a new position on the screen. A blue highlight appears to show where the panel will land when you release. Panels snap into a grid layout automatically, keeping your workspace clean and aligned. Resize any panel by clicking and dragging the border between two adjacent panels. Once you have a layout you are happy with, save it as a preset so you can return to it instantly.
Save multiple layout presets for different trading scenarios — for example, a wide-chart layout for in-depth analysis and a multi-panel layout for monitoring several markets at once. Switch between them from the Layouts menu in the top navigation bar.
To manage your saved layouts, go to Settings > Workspace > Saved Layouts. From here you can rename, duplicate, or delete any preset, and set one as your default layout on login.

Themes and Display

Adjust the visual appearance of FORXEA to suit your environment and preferences. Toggle between Light and Dark mode using the sun and moon icon in the top-right corner of the platform. Dark mode reduces eye strain during extended trading sessions, while Light mode offers higher contrast in bright environments. To go further, navigate to Settings > Display where you can:
  • Choose from a selection of colour scheme presets that adjust accent colours across the interface
  • Adjust font size using the small, medium, and large options for improved readability across different screen sizes and resolutions
  • Set the chart background colour independently of the main interface theme
Display settings sync to your account, so your preferences follow you when you log in from a different device.

Watchlist Customisation

Go beyond a single list by creating multiple named watchlists, each tailored to a specific focus area. To create a new watchlist, click the + tab at the top of the watchlist panel and give it a name. Add instruments by clicking the search icon and typing a name or ticker. Reorder instruments within a list by dragging rows up or down using the handle on the left side of each row. Customise which columns appear in your watchlist by right-clicking the column header row and selecting Manage Columns. Choose from:
  • Last Price — the most recent traded price
  • % Change — price movement as a percentage since the previous close
  • Volume — number of units traded in the current session
  • Bid / Ask — the current best bid and offer prices
  • Day Range — the high and low prices of the current trading day
Drag columns to reorder them or remove any column you do not need to keep your watchlist focused.

Alerts and Notifications

Set up price alerts to stay informed about market moves even when you are not watching the screen.
1

Navigate to the instrument

Open the instrument’s chart or locate it in your watchlist. You can set an alert from either location.
2

Click the bell icon

Click the bell icon in the chart toolbar or next to the instrument name in the watchlist. The alert creation panel opens on the right side of the screen.
3

Set the condition

Choose the trigger condition from the dropdown:
  • Price above a specific level
  • Price below a specific level
  • % change from the current price within the session
4

Enter the value

Type the price level or percentage value that should trigger the alert. The panel shows the current price alongside your entered value for easy comparison.
5

Choose a notification method

Select how you want to be notified:
  • In-app — a banner notification appears within the FORXEA platform
  • Email — a notification is sent to the email address registered to your account
  • Both options can be selected simultaneously
6

Save the alert

Click Save Alert. The bell icon for that instrument turns solid to confirm an active alert is in place. Manage all your active alerts from Settings > Alerts.
Volume spike alerts are also available. When creating an alert, select Volume spike from the condition dropdown and set the percentage above the average daily volume that should trigger the notification.

Saved Filters and Screeners

FORXEA’s market screener lets you filter instruments across all supported markets using criteria such as sector, market cap, price range, and momentum signals. Once you have built a filter set that matches your strategy, save it as a named screener preset so you can reapply it instantly at the start of each session. Access the screener from the left sidebar under Markets > Screener. Click Save Filter after configuring your criteria, give the preset a name, and it will appear in your saved screeners list for one-click reuse.
