- Notifications — configure how and when FORXEAcontacts you.
- Account — account status, data export, and closure options.

Changes to your email address or registered address may require you to verify the update before it takes effect. FORXEA will send a verification link to your new email address, or may request supporting documentation for address changes, in line with regulatory requirements.
Security Settings

Viewing and Revoking Active Sessions
Under Active Sessions, you can see a list of every device and browser that is currently logged in to your FORXEA account, along with the approximate location and last activity time for each session. To revoke a session you do not recognise, click Revoke next to it. To log out of all sessions simultaneously, click Revoke All Sessions.Downloading Your Account Activity Log
To download a full log of account activity — including logins, password changes, and settings updates — click Download Activity Log in the Security tab. The log is exported as a CSV file covering the last 12 months of activity.Notification Preferences
FORXEA can alert you to important events through email, in-app notifications, and SMS. Use the Notifications tab in Account Settings to control exactly which events trigger which type of alert.
To update your preferences, toggle the switches in the relevant row and channel column. Changes are saved automatically.
Closing or Pausing Your Account
If you wish to close your FORXEA account or place it on hold, navigate to Account Settings → Account and select Request Account Closure. Because account closure involves compliance checks and the unwinding of any open positions, this process is handled by the FORXEA support team rather than automatically. Before submitting a closure request, be aware of the following:- All open positions must be closed before your account can be fully deactivated. If you submit a closure request with open positions, FORXEA support will contact you to arrange their closure.
- Any pending limit or stop orders will be cancelled as part of the closure process.
- Your account data and trade history are retained for the period required under applicable financial regulations, even after closure.
For account-level issues, including problems with closure requests, verification holds, or disputes, contact the FORXEA support team directly via the Help section of the platform or by emailing support@FORXEA.com. Support is available Monday to Friday during market hours.
