Dashboard Layout
The main dashboard divides your screen into three functional zones that work together seamlessly.- Left sidebar — Browse your saved markets, switch between asset classes, and access platform navigation including settings, alerts, and account details.
- Central area — Your primary workspace. The chart panel occupies the upper portion, giving you a full view of price action, while the order entry panel sits directly below so you can act without scrolling.
- Right panel — Your watchlist and open positions live here, updating in real time so you can monitor multiple instruments while keeping your focus on the main chart.
You can resize any panel by clicking and dragging the divider between zones. FORXEAsaves your preferred proportions automatically between sessions.
Watchlist
Your watchlist gives you a live feed of the instruments that matter most to you. To add an instrument, click the + icon at the top of the watchlist panel and type the name or ticker symbol into the search field. Select the instrument from the results and it appears immediately with a real-time price tick. Price changes flash green for upward moves and red for downward moves, so you can spot momentum at a glance. Organise your watchlist by creating named groups — for example, separating your forex pairs from your equity positions. Drag instruments between groups or reorder them within a group by holding and dragging the row handle on the left side of each entry.Order Panel
The order panel is your direct line to the market. It is designed for speed and clarity, with every field you need and nothing you do not.- Buy / Sell toggle — Switch between long and short directions at the top of the panel. The panel background changes colour to confirm your selection.
- Instrument search — Type a name or ticker to load the instrument into the panel. The current bid and ask prices update in real time once an instrument is loaded.
- Quantity field — Enter the number of units or lots you want to trade.
- Order type selector — Choose from Market, Limit, or Stop orders using the dropdown. Selecting Limit or Stop reveals the price field beneath it.
- Price field — Available for Limit and Stop orders. Enter your target price manually or use the up and down arrows to adjust in minimum tick increments.
- Confirm button — Review the order summary that appears — instrument, direction, quantity, and estimated cost — then click Confirm to submit.
Market orders execute immediately at the best available price. For volatile instruments, consider using a Limit order to control your entry price.
